This is a first for da mudge. Never been taken to task over typography.

As a person who finds himself squinting all too often attempting to discern the message among the eccentric typographic and thematic choices of so many bloggers, who seem to enjoy 4-point Myopia orange reversed out of black, I’ve consciously tried to keep the fonts simple and large enough for curmudgeonly codgers like yr (justifiably) humble svt to read. Shouting is not normally on the agenda.

The theme currently in use this past week has exacerbated the issue somewhat for quoted content, but for me, its strengths outweigh its awkwardnesses.

I’m sorry that the medium interfered with the message for you.

On one hand, all of us have the ability to use our browsers to resize any font on any web page to a size that makes it readable. On the other, your choice of the giant coloured print makes me feel like you are shouting at me.

I hate to see the important points you raise dwarfed by the HUGE colourful fonts. Please, reconsider using them, okay?
